How can I be an IB learner.

  I think i can be an IB learner by changing my opinion about most things I want to be a risk taker I want to be able to let lightning strike twice never let anything stand in my way.  I want to also be an open-minded,caring,inquirer.  I want to work as hard as possible to get to the point that  I can stop and I'm done with college.  I'm not go at being open-minded.  I don't have a lot of patience. I don't know what inquirer is.
