I think what he is doing is ethical. He also shouldn't be having a "BYOB" party while his parents are gone. He also doesn't have any rights with his Email.

October 16 2008's Do Now
Hey Mrs. Hinojosa!!!!!
I think I'll manage it by starting to plan it in four steps. First I'll research the buses and find out the best price and deal. Then I'll look for a good hotel at a low price. After that I'll look for the best colleges, and restaurants that are both close to the hotel, and college. I'll then put it on paper or power point and show it to the class and let them vote. I'll also check out some amusement parks.
