Investigate- I think I would rate myself a 2 because I have only got research for Louisiana.  I still need to find research for Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Design- I think my design is great so I would rate myself a 4 because I have a great idea and I think it will look really cool.

I think that the education would help them. Some kids also improve in the juvy. A lot of kids improved in the "How to be Successful in Less then Ten Minutes a Day".  These classes also help them in "personal responsibility" and better way to resolve a problem or fight. It's also to help with "impulsive behavior".

I think that this ethical problem is all about doing the right thing and work ethics.  I also think you should trust your co-workers, but you should always make sure that its the right thing that are obviously wrong.  You could also use the employee  manual, but it would also be better to ask a manager.
